SOPHOMORE ~ (2017-18): 1-5 overall record (0-3 in duals) at 174 pounds ... posted a 1-2 effort at the Clarion Open with a 6-3 decision over Cleveland State's Colton Carroll ... also competed in dual action at both the Clarion Duals and the Wolfpack Duals ... won his contest on the season by decision ... earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors.  

REDSHIRT (2016-17): Redshirted the 2016-17 season for the Wolverines ... compiled a 7-4 record while competing unattached at 174 pounds ... won the UVU Open with a 4-1 record and posted a second-place finish at the Colorado Mesa Open with a 2-1 mark ... registered three wins by fall, one by tech fall and one by decision.
