FRESHMAN (2016): Appeared in 37 games on the year with 18 starts (second base and DP) ... hit .222 (14-for-63) with two doubles, seven runs scored and four RBIs ... drew four walks, posted a pair of sacrafice hits and a stolen base (1-1) ... recorded a .279 on-base percentage and a .254 slugging clip ... went a perfect 4-for-4 with a double, three RBIs and two runs scored in a victory over Bethune-Cookman on Feb. 20 ... registered 36 putouts, 28 assists and a .955 fielding percentage on the season.

Prepped at Desert Edge HS ... tabbed the 2014 player of the year, as well as an all-section first-team selection ... also selected as an AIA First Team player her freshman year (2012), as well as her team's MVP and rookie of the year.

Personal ... 
Graduated from Desert Edge High School in 2015 ... is the younger sister of fellow UVU softball player Kelsey Ensign (formerly Lawton) and the daughter of Jason and Kandi Lawton ... her aunt Cindy Lawton was an All-American at Florida State.
