REDSHIRT ~ (2013-14): Redshirted the season and compiled a 12-4 record while competing unattached ... won titles at both the UVU Open (Jan. 11) and Colorado Mesa's Second Chance Open (Jan. 25) by going a perfect 4-0 at each tournament ... won three bouts by fall, three by major decision, one by tech fall and five by decision.

Prepped at Payson High School in Payson, Utah ... a three-time State Champion as well as State runner-up as a freshman ... placed third at Junior Nationals and fifth at Senior Nationals ... a two-time Denver RMN Champion ... a 132 pound wrestler on the USA Dream Team ... went 192-12 at Payson HS ... helped his team to the State Championship as a freshman as well as two second place finishes and one third place one.
