SENIOR ~ (2015-16): 12-5 overall record (7-0 duals) at 197 pounds ... named to the NWCA Individual All-Academic Team and to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team ... placed fifth at his first trip to the Big 12 Championship with a 2-2 record at the tournament with wins over Oklahoma's Brad Johnson (Dec. 3-2) and No. 8 Jake Smith of West Virginia (SV-1 4-2) in the fifth-place bout ... also defeated No. 15 Cody Crawford of Oregon State by major decision (10-1) earlier in the season ... won his first eight matches of the season ... went 2-2 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite and 1-1 at the Reno Tournament of Champions before being sidelined for a couple of months with an injury ... entered the national rankings for the first time of his career during the year ... ranked 30th in his weight class in the final NCAA Coaches' Panel ranking of the season ... finished fifth on the team in wins and was the only Wolverine to go undefeated in dual action ... earned one win on the season by fall, two by tech fall, one by major decision and eight by decision ... will leave Utah Valley having won over 50 matches, as he holds a 53-51 collegiate record.  

JUNIOR ~ (2014-15): 14-11 overall record (6-5 duals) at 197 pounds ... named to the WWC Coaches' Honor Roll ... tabbed Third Team All-WWC after placing third in his weight class for the second straight season ... went 3-2 at the 2015 NCAA West Regional/WWC Championships and finished one win shy of clinching a berth to the NCAA Championships as he dropped a true second-place bout to Northern Colorado's Trent Noon in overtime (3-1, SV-1) ... placed second at the Clarion Open with a 4-1 record at the opening-season tournament ... also went 1-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions ... picked up his dual wins over Boise State's Colton Grossaint (5-2), Grand Canyon's Marcus Haughian (6-4), Air Force's Jack Carda (8-2), SDSU's Hunter Weddington (17-3), NDSU's Thomas Petersen (3-1) and Northern Colorado's Trent Noon (3-2) ...  recorded two wins by fall, two by major decision and 10 by decision on the season.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2013-14): 18-15 overall record (7-8 duals) ... named to the WWC Coaches' Honor Roll ... tabbed Third Team All-WWC after placing third at the NCAA West Regional/WWC Championships on March 8 with a 3-1 record ... posted strong outings at both the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational and the Midlands Championship by going 3-2 at each tournament ... recorded dual wins over Gardner-Webb's Terry Hendreson (fall, 1:02), Stanford's Michael Sojka (7-1), Grand Canyon's Marcus Haughian (6-2), Arizona State's Luke Bean (3-1), Boise State's Cody Dixon (5-3), SDSU's Trey Hable (6-4) and Northern Colorado's Cole Breigel (9-7) ... recorded one win by fall and 17 by decision.

FRESHMAN ~ (2012-13): 9-20 overall record (2-8 duals) ... named to the WWC Coaches' Honor Roll ... placed fourth at the NCAA West Regional/WWC Championships with a 1-2 record on March 9 ... placed fourth at the UVU Open on Jan. 5 with a 2-2 mark ... also went 2-2 at the Cowboy Open on Nov. 3 and the Wolfpack Open in Raleigh, N.C. on Nov. 11 ... picked up dual wins over Stanford's Ryan Davies and Northern Colorado's Keith Johnson ... won three bouts by fall, two by major decision and four by decision.

REDSHIRT ~ (2011-12): Redshirted the season and went 12-8 while competing unattached at 184 pounds ... named to the WWC Coaches' Honor Roll.

Before Utah Valley ... 
Prepped at Layton High School in Layton, Utah ... finished 4th in state as a sophomore, first in state as a junior with a 44-1 record, and first in state as a senior after going 45-0 ... finished eighth at Junior Nationals and seventh at Senior Nationals ... team took second at state and had six finalists and four champions ... also played football at Layton High.
