At Utah Valley ...
SOPHOMORE (2013)
Earned Academic All-Wac honors ... ran in all seven meets for the Wolverines, including the NCAA Mountain Region Championships ... had three top-10 finishes ... placed 3rd (18:26.3) at the UVU Invitational ... placed 14th (26:14.1) at the WAC Championships ... placed 101st (32:46.3) at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships.

REDSHIRT (2012)
Redshirted the 2012 season.

FRESHMAN (2009)
Great West Conference Second Team All-Conference selection ... competed in five of the six races on the season for UVU ... placed eighth overall at the GWC Cross Country Championships at famed Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, N.Y. with a time of 26:49.0 (8K) and helped his team win their first conference championship ... finished in 16th place at SUU[apos]s Color Country Invitational in Cedar City as he posted a time of 26:40.3 (8K).

Prepped at Panguitch High School ... broke the 800m and 1600m run 1A State Records ... cross country team was State Champions his Sophomore and Junior years ... track team was State Champions his Freshman, Sophomore and Junior seasons ... also played baseball and basketball in high school ... First Team All-State in baseball and basketball.

Graduated from Panguitch High School in 2009 with a perfect 4.0 GPA ... was on the Honor Roll, the National Honor Society, a Sterling Scholar, as well as Academic All-State in basketball, baseball, track, and cross country ... enjoys to hunt, fish, and play all sports ... his Dad ran track for SUU ... also recruited by BYU, Southern Utah, and Weber State ... parents are Troy and Ann Marie Norris ... sister Kalani is an outside hitter for the UVU volleyball team.
