At Utah Valley...

JUNIOR (2015)
Participated in two events for the Wolverines this season... finished in eighth place at the SUU Color Country Invitational.. ran a time of 20:01.3 on the 6K course.... finished in 15th for the Wolverines at the Western Athletic Conference Championships... ran a time of 25:08.9 on the 7.95K course...

SOPHOMORE (2014) 
Finished 11th in 8K at the WAC Championships with a time of (25:25.7)...Finished 90th in the 8K at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (25:03.5)...Also finished 87th in 8K at the UC Riverside Invitational (26:01.5).

REDSHIRT (2013)
Redshirted in 2013.

FRESHMAN (2012)
Competed in four events for Utah Valley as a true freshman...Finished a season-best ninth (25:59.00) at the Great West Conference Championships...Placed 47th (20:36.99) at the Utah State Aggie Invitational...At the BYU Autumn Classic, placed 43rd (21:56.60)...With a time of 29:07.90, placed 133rd at the Roy Griak Invitational.

Before Utah Valley...
Cross country team captain...Team placed fourth in the California state meet...At one point team was ranked 17th in the nation.

Personal...
Son of Laura and Brian Emery...Graduated from Great Oak HS in 2012 with a 3.67 GPA...Was a member of the AVID program for two years...Helped out at a homeless shelter...Sister Shannon Emery runs at Colorado Mesa University...Also recruited by Western State...Plans to major in business.
