SENIOR ~ (2007): Competed in all six of Utah Valley[apos]s events ... finished first among all UV runners in all five events she finished ... won first place (individually) in the Southern Utah Color Country Classic and the Independent Championships, leading the Wolverines[apos] women to team championships in both events ... finished second overall at the Utah State Invitational with a time of 17:42.40 ... finished eighth overall at the competitive Utah Autumn Classic with a time of 18:03.60 in the five kilometer race ... placed 17th at the Roy Griak Invitational ... her time of 21:07.97 in the six kilometer Independent Championship.

Prepped at Ghana Senior Secondary School (Ghanasco) ... won Best Athlete of the Year from 2000 to 2002 in cross country and track ... currently a member of the Ghana National Olympic Team ... training for the 2008 Beijing Olympics ... also played volleyball, soccer and basketball.
