At Utah Valley...

2017 (Redshirt): Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Before Utah Valley…
 
High School: Lettered in track and field all three years at Herriman High School… placed 2nd in the 110m Hurdles and the 300m Hurdles and 10th in Long Jump in the 5A State Championships during his senior year ... also went to state as a junior... recorded personal bests in high school of 14.64 in the 110-meter hurdles, 38.32 in the 300-meter hurdles and 6.4 meters in the long jump... helped lead the Mustangs to a pair of 2nd place finishes at 5A State Championships and two region championships...
 
Personal…
Son of Jason and Angie Lingwall… has two sisters, Lindsey and Jessica… sister Jessica Beatty also ran track and field at Utah Valley and holds the women’s program record in the 60-meter hurdles… served two-year LDS Church mission in New Zealand… volunteered as a firefighter in Herriman… majoring in exercise science.
