At Utah Valley…
Junior (2020-21): Did not compete in any cross country meets at UVU during the COVID-shortened 2020-21 campaign.

Redshirt (2019): Attended the University of Nevada for the 2019-20 academic year and did not compete in cross country of track & field that season.

Sophomore (2018): Earned First Team All-WAC honors after for the second straight year ... competed in all six meets on the season and recorded a trio of top-15 finishes ... posted a fourth-place finish for the second straight year at the WAC Championships en route to earning All-WAC honors after completing the race in an 8K time of 24:24.6 ... also placed third at the season-opening UVU Invitational with a 5K personal record of 15:22.7 ... placed 15th at the UC Riverside Invite with an 8K time of 24:41.8 ... also registered a personal-best time of 24:45.5 in the 5-mile Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational on his way to placing 41st at the meet ... earned Academic All-WAC honors. 

Freshman (2017): Earned All-WAC first team and WAC Freshman of the Year accolades with a fourth-place finish (24:09.3) at the 2017 WAC Cross Country Championships… notched four top-5 finishes and five top-10 finishes for the Wolverines on the year… picked up first career victory at the SUU Color Country Invitational with a 6K personal record of 18:25.5… finished second at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with an 8K personal record of 23:41.5... placed third (15:41.7) in Wolverine debut at the UVU Invitational in the three-mile race… made 10K (33:00.7) debut at the NCAA Mountain Regionals in Logan, Utah.

Before Utah Valley…
 
High School: Ran cross country and track and field at Reed High School… named 2016 Cross Country Gatorade Player of the Year… was finalist for the National Gatorade National Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year award… won the Nevada 4A State Championship in the 5K with a personal record of 15:12.0… held a personal best of 4:10.88 in the mile… guided the Raiders to back-to-back regional championships in the Nevada 4A Northern region… also led Reed to a Northern 4A league title with a first-place finish on a time of 15:55.0… helped the Raiders to a runner-up finish at the state championships in 2016.
