SOPHOMORE ~ (2019): Competed in six meets on the season ... recorded a trio of top-15 finishes ... earned Second Team All-WAC accolades after placing 14th at the WAC Championship with an 8K time of 25:43.5 ... led UVU by taking third at the SUU Color Country Invite with a blazing 6K time of 19:06.3 ... also posted a 10th-place finish at the UVU Vivint Invite with a 5K time of 16:14.4 ... recorded times of 26:31.5 (8K) at the UC Riverside Invite, 24:47.9 (8K) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite and 32:06.4 (10K) at the NCAA Mountain Region Championship. 

FRESHMAN ~ (2018): Competed in the WAC XC Championship and took 28th overall ... best college record in cross country of 25:15.0 ... also finished 14th at the UVU home meet with a 5K time of 15:54.8 and 21st at the SUU Color Country Invite with a 6K time of 19:54.0.

Prepped at Skyline High School in Salt Lake City ... third-team All-State and first-team All-Region during senior year in cross country ... second-team All-Region in junior year ... holds personal records in cross country of 15:52 in the tree mile and 16:17 in the 5K ... qualified for state in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m during senior year in track ... hold personal records in track of 2:01 in the 800m, 4:32 in the 1600m, and 9:42 in the 3200m. ... led high school team to a second-place finish in region and a ninth-place finish in the state meet.
