JUNIOR ~ (2020-21): NCAA Championship qualifier ... earned First Team All-WAC honors after placing third at the WAC Championships with an 8K time of 24:41.4 ... also qualified for his first trip to the NCAA Championships in the process for being the top finisher from a postseason eligible team ... registered a 10K personal-best time of 32:18.2 on his way to placing 156th at the 2020-21 NCAA Cross Country Championships in Stillwater, Okla. ... competed in all four cross country meets during the COVID-shortened 2020-21 campaign and was UVU's top finishers in three of the four meets ... placed seventh at the Silver State Collegiate Challenge with an 8K time of 24:32.1 ... opened his season with a personal-best time of 24:25.6 at the Dixie State Invite on his way to placing 15th at the meet ... earned both USTFCCCA All-Academic Individual and Academic All-WAC honors.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2019): Competed in six meets on the year and posted five top-20 finishes ... finished the 2019 WAC Championships in 12th place (25:36.5 - 8K) to earn second team All-WAC honors ... opened his sophomore campaign with a fourth-place finish at the UVU Vivint Invite with a blazing time of 15:55.1 in the 5K race ... also finished 11th at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (24:35.0 - 5M), 15th at the UC Riverside Invite (24:41.7 - 8K) and 19th at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite (24:36.6 - 8K) ... capped his season by taking 69th at the NCAA Mountain Regional with a 10K time of 32:39.9 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors. 

FRESHMAN ~ (2018): Had an impressive collegiate debut by placing sixth at the UVU invitational, helping the Wolverines to four top-5 finishers … competed at the UCR invitational and finished 21^st overall with a personal best of 24:49.4 … made it to the WAC XC Championships his freshman year, contributing to help Utah Valley men’s XC take first overall and came in 26^th overall ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.
