SOPHOMORE ~ (2010-11): Indoor: Placed fourth in the 3000m (9:10.42)at the 2011 Bronco Invitational...Also had a Top 10 finish in the 5000m (8th, 15:24:11)and mile (8th, 4:28.84) at the Great West Conference championships and Boise State Team Challenge, respectively. Outdoor: Finished 11th in the 800m at the UVU Collegiate (2:04.57)and 13th in the 10000m (36:06.01) at the Great West Conference championships.

REDSHIRT ~ (2010): Redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons at UVU.

FRESHMAN - (2007): Indoor: had a time of 9:17.72 in the 3000m run at Boise State ... Outdoor: had a time of 16:21.25 in the 5000m run at the BYU Robison Invitational ... had a 1500m time of 4:12.92 at the BYU Cougar Invitational.

Prepped at Mattawan High School ... placed third at the SMAC conference championships in 2005 ... 12th in state in 2003, 13th in state in 2005 ... region runner up in 2003, 2005 ... was Divisional Champions in 2005 and earned Academic All-State in 2005 ... was All-Region in 2005, All-Conference in 2004 and 2005 ... earned Prep Star of the Week honors in 2004 and 2005 ... was a four-year letterwinner.
