Â
UVU continued to hold the upper hand early in the third set as it jumped out to a 6-0 lead. The Cougars cut it to five a couple of times but that was as close as they could get as UVU went on to take the final set by 12 points.
Â
Senior
Jen Hardman too played well for UVU with a match-high 25 assists while senior
McKenna Tait paced the back row with nine digs.
Â
