OREM, Utah – Due to wet field conditions at Wolverine Softball Field in Orem, Utah Valley University's fall softball game against Salt Lake Community College on Saturday, Oct. 6 has been moved to SLCC's Norma Carr Softball Field in Taylorsville. 
 
The Wolverines and Bruins are now slated to play a 10-inning exhibition game at 1 p.m. MT at Salt Lake CC on Saturday. SLCC's Norma Carr Softball Field is located at 4600 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT, 84123. 
 
The contest will mark UVU's third fall scrimmage of the season after playing at fellow in-state foe Utah this past Wednesday and Southern Utah at home last weekend. 
 
Following Saturday's contest at SLCC, Utah Valley will have a busy week next week with three games on the horizon. UVU will first face BYU at Gail Miller Field in Provo on Friday, Oct. 12 (6 p.m.), before hosting Weber State on Saturday, Oct. 13 (12 p.m.) and Boise State on Sunday, Oct. 14 (11:30 a.m.). The Wolverines will then close their fall 2018 schedule with games against Dixie State and the College of Southern Nevada in St. George the following weekend (Oct. 27).
