FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Dane Huddleston led Utah Valley with a two-round even par 140 (69-71) on Wednesday at the Ram Masters Invitational at Fort Collins Country Club. He is tied for 10th on the 75-player leaderboard heading into Thursday's final round.

Utah Valley sits in a tie for fourth on the 13-team leaderboard after carding a two-round score of 9-over-par 569 (282-287). The Wolverines sit in a tie for fourth behind co-leaders Colorado State (-10) and Long Beach State (-10). Cal State Fullerton is third (-7). 

"It was a solid day of golf," said Utah Valley head coach Chris Curran. "A few guys got off to terrible starts and battled back to under par rounds in the morning. We have a lot of young guys posting good scores. The guys are gaining experience with each shot. It's a great start to Dane's career."

Huddleston, a freshman from Woodland, Washington, recorded a 1-under-par 69 in round one with six birdies. He then carded a 1-over-par 71 in round two with three birdies. Huddleston is just five shots out of third place. 

Ethan Efford shot a two-round 1-over-par 141 (70-71) and is in a tie for 17th place. Efford shot an even par 70 in round one with five birdies. He carded a 1-over-par 71 in round two with a pair of birdies. 

Ryan Seamons is tied for 24th after shooting a two-round 3-over-par 143 (69-74). Seamons tallied six birdies over his two rounds.

Branden O'Grady carded a two-round 5-over-par 145 (74-71) and is in a tie for 33rd. Zachary Erskine is in 74th after shooting a two-round 18-over-par 158 (76-82).

Isaiah Ellis, who is playing as an individual, shot a two-round 8-over-par 148 and is tied for 49th.

Utah Valley will play the final round of the Ram Masters on Thursday. The Wolverines will begin to tee off at 8:12 a.m. Live scoring is available on GolfGenius.com.
