EDEN, Utah—Chloe Jang shot a 1-over-par 73 to lead Utah Valley in Sunday's opening round of the Utah Fall Intercollegiate at Wolf Creek Resort and sits alone in third on the individual leaderboard.

Utah Valley posted a 24-over-par 312 and is tied for third on the four-team leaderboard. Weber State leads after a 5-over-par 293.

Jang is five shots off the pace set by Weber State's Emily Song, who opened with a 4-under-par 68.

Pati Uluave carded a 6-over-par 78 and is tied for 12th. Alyssa Butterfus turned in a 7-over-par 79 to sit tied for 19th. Rylie Rodriguez shot a 10-over-par 82 and is tied for 25th, where she's joined by individual competitor Jacklyn Gonzalez (82). Mia Pace is tied for 28th after an 11-over-par 83.

Utah Valley wraps up play at the Utah Fall Intercollegiate on Monday with tee times beginning at 9 a.m.
