OREM — Utah Valley University men's basketball will take part in the Salt Lake Slam at the Delta Center on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, facing future Big West foe UC Santa Barbara in the first game of a college basketball doubleheader. The second game will feature Utah State against Illinois State, all on the same floor the Utah Jazz call home.

"This is a terrific opportunity for our program and fan base," said UVU head coach Todd Phillips. "To play a high-level opponent in UC Santa Barbara inside the Delta Center is exciting, and it gives our fans another chance to see us in one of the premier venues in the country."
