SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah — Chloe Jang sits tied for 11th after carding a two-round 2-under-par 142 (70-72) on the opening day of the 2025 Wolverine Invitational at Talons Cove Golf Club.

Utah Valley posted a two-round total of 14-over-par 590 (294-296) and is tied for fifth place on the 10-team leaderboard.

Jang's 142 included four birdies in round one and three more in round two. Rylie Rodriguez finished the day tied for 26th after recording a 4-over-par 148 (72-76) with three birdies in each round.

Playing as an individual, Pati Uluave shot a 5-over-par 149 (73-76) with five birdies to sit tied for 28th. Fellow individuals Jacklyn Gonzalez (74-76) and Valentina Zuleta (74-76) each carded 6-over-par 150s and are tied for 33rd.

Also tied for 33rd are UVU teammates Mia Pace (77-73) and Alyssa Butterfus (75-75), who each finished at 6-over-par 150. Pace tallied five birdies on the day, while Butterfus recorded three in round one and two more in round two.

Maria Ortiz is tied for 48th after shooting 11-over-par 155 (78-77) with three birdies on Monday.

The Wolverines will conclude play at the Wolverine Invitational on Tuesday with a final 18-hole round beginning with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
