SAN JACINTO, Calif.—Pati Uluave shot a 10-over-par 82 on Wednesday to lead Utah Valley in the opening round of the Soboba Spring Classic at Soboba Springs Golf Course in San Jacinto, California.

Utah Valley posted a 43-over-par 331 in round one and sits tied for seventh on the 10-team leaderboard.

Uluave's round included one birdie and nine pars, placing her alone in 23rd on the 58-player individual leaderboard.

Valentina Zuleta, Chloe Jang and Alyssa Butterfus are each tied for 29th after carding 11-over-par 83s, while Maria Ortiz is 57th following a 21-over-par 93.
