SOPHOMORE ~ (2013-14): 5-10 overall record (5-8 duals) ... named to the WWC All-Academic Team ... named the Perry Homes Scholar Athlete of the Month for the month of November ... picked up two wins at the Eastern Michigan Duals as he defeated Michigan State's Roger Wildmo (7-6) and Ohio's Spartak Chino (14-12) ... Ohio's Chino was ranked 16th nationally at the time ... defeated both Nicholas Olejnik of North Dakota State (16-7) and Gerald McGinty of Air Force (10-2) by major decision ... won two bouts by major decision and three by decision. 

FRESHMAN ~ (2012-13): 9-8 overall record (2-4 duals) ... named to the WWC All-Academic Team ... placed sixth at the Wolfpack Open with a 4-2 record on Nov. 11 in Raleigh, N.C. ... opened the season with a 3-2 record at the Cowboy Open on Nov. 3. ... picked up an 11-8 dual victory over Northern Colorado's Mitchell Polkowske on Jan. 26 to help the Wolverines shutout the Bears ... also pinned South Dakota State's Cody Pack in 1:42 seconds on Feb. 6 ... went a perfect 4-0 against WWC competitors ... picked up two wins by fall, two by major decision and four by decision. 

REDSHIRT ~ (2011-12): Redshirted the season and went 12-5 while competing unattached at 157 pounds ... was also named to the WWC Coaches' Honor Roll.

Prepped at Scottsboro High School in Scottsboro, Ala. ... a five-time State Champion ... Cadet Freestyle All-American, Super-32 All-American, Sophomore Nationals National Champion, Southeastern Regional Cadet and Juniors Freestyle Champion ... 2008 Junior Schalles Award winner ... led his high school team to three State Championships and one second place finish ... also played defensive end on the football team his senior year.
