JUNIOR ~ (2010): Was named the Great West Conference Runner of the Week after winning the SUU Invitational (25:23.30)...Finished 10th overall (2nd for UVU) at the Wyoming Invitational (22:29.9)...Finished 73rd overall (2nd for UVU) at the Ray Griak (25:46)...Finished 85th overall (NS) at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind., (32:42.9)...Finished fourth overall (3rd for UVU) in UVU's repeat at the Great West Conference championships (24:08.77)...Place 192nd overall (4th for UVU) at the NCAA Mountain Regionals (26:00.3).

SOPHOMORE ~ (2009): Competed in four of the six races on the year for UVU ... placed 19th overall at the Great West Conference Cross Country Championships at famed Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, N.Y. as he posted a time of 27:16.5 (8K) ... finished in 19th place as well at the SUU[apos]s Color Country Invitational in Cedar City with a time of 26:47.3 (8K). 

FRESHMAN - (2005): Competed in six meets for the Wolverines ... ran a 24:35.50 at the SUU Color Country Meet ... his first college race was at the BYU Autumn Classic where he ran a 22:13.8 in the four mile race.

Won four state championships while running at Mountain View High School ...

Graduated from Mountain View High School in 2005 with a 3.8 ... enjoys phase 10 and snowboarding ... his grandpa ran track at weber state ... parents are Randy and Nancy Evensen.
