Three-time cross country and track MVP...Holds high school records in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m and 4x800 relay...Two-time Section VI cross country champion...All Western New York Runner of the Year...Team won back-to-back league and section titles...Graduated from Gowanda HS in 2010 with a 3.7 GPA...Also lettered in wrestling...Plans to major in exercise science...Also recruited by BYU, Buffalo, Cal...Son of Spencer Nielson and Denise Hoca.
