JUNIOR ~ (2010): Was 11th overall (4th for UVU) in leading the Wolverines to a second-place finish at the Wyoming Invitational (15:20.7)...Finished 118th overall (4th for UVU) at the Ray Griak (23:08)...Finished 17th overall (NS) at the SUU Invitational (19:48.00)...Finished 64th overall (4th for UVU) at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind. (22:16.1)...Finished 10th overall (4th for UVU) in a three-peat at the GWC Championships (17:27.68)...Finished 251st overall (NS) at the NCAA Mountain Regionals (23:32.5). 

SOPHOMORE ~ (2009): Named a Great West Conference Second Team All-Conference selection ... was one of UVU's top finishers all season long ... placed eighth overall at the GWC Cross Country Championships at famed Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, N.Y. with a time of 23:24.9 (6K) and helped UVU repeat as conference champions ... finished 10th overall at SUU's Color Country Invitational in Cedar City with a time of 23:16.0 (6K). 

FRESHMAN ~ (2008): Named the Great West Conference[apos]s Female Newcomer of the Year ... A member of the GWC First Team All-Conference as she finished 6th overall and was UVU[apos]s top finisher (23:55.90 - 6K) at the GWC Championships in Orem, Utah ... with her top finish she helped her team win the 2008 GWC Cross Country Championship ... competed in all six events for the Wolverines on the season and was the teams top finisher in three of those meets, the Montana State Invitational as she finished 18th overall (18:05.00 - 3 mile), the UVU Invitational (19:36.10 - 5K) where she placed 14th, and the GWC Championships. 

Before Utah Valley ...

Prepped at Orem High School ... won the UHSTCA Female Athlete of the Year, was a Orem High School MVP, received the Best of Alpine School District Award, an athlete of the week ... her high school team was a two-time State Champion in Cross-Country, a three time State Champion in the 3200-meter, a USATIF National Champion at age 15.

Graduated from Orem High School in 2008 with a GPA of 3.5 ... enjoys kayaking, climbing, tennis, and her friends ... was also recruited by Weber State, BYU-Hawaii, Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, Brown, Wheaton, Univ. of Idaho, Iona, and Cornell ... parents are Hawk and Cheryl.
