JUNIOR ~ (2011): Placed 12th overall and second for UVU (23:04.5) at the Wyoming Invitational ... Finished 32nd overall (26:36.00) at the Montana State Invitational ... Placed fourth for UVU and 72nd overall (25:39) at the Stanford Invitational ... Finished 14th (19:49.84) at the SUU Invitational ... Placed 12th (25:59.26) at the Great West Conference Championships ... Placed third for the Wolverines and 87th overall (33:25.1) at the NCAA West Regional. 

SOPHOMORE ~ (2010): Finished 36th overall (NS) at the Wyoming Invitational (24:53.5)...Finished 23rd overall (NS) at the SUU Invitational (27:39.70)...Finished 41st overall (NS) at the Great West Conference championships. 

REDSHIRT ~ (2009): Redshirted the 2009 season for UVU. 

FRESHMAN - (2006): Competed in all six meets ... had a time of 20:30 at the Idaho State Invitational ... recorded a time of 21:46.70 at the BYU Autumn Classic.

Prepped at American Fork High School ... lettered in cross country and track ... junior year team won the region cross country meet and finished second at state ... senior team AF finished third at state and second in region ... finished 5th at the region cross country meet and 8th in state ... that same year he finished third in the Footlocker (Junior Race) ... was second at the region cross country meet at 7th at state during his senior season ... finished third in region in the 2 miles race and 5th in state in the same event during senior track season ... earned All-Region and All-State honors two straight years ... was Academic All-Region three years and earned his Eagle Scout award.
