At Utah Valley State ...
SENIOR - (2005): Competed in all seven meets for the Wolverines ... finished 19th at the Independent Championships by running a 26:06.35 in the 5.2 mile race ... ran a 22:22.5 at the BYU Autumn Classic, cutting a nearly a minute off his time from the previous years same meet. 

JUNIOR - (2004): ran a 23:19 at the Weber State Triangular ... ran a 23:14.7 at BYU[apos]s Autumn Classic ... at Montana State[apos]s Bobcat Invitational ran a 27:35.23 ... at SUU[apos]s Color Country Meet ran a 26:16.05 and at the Independent Championship he ran a 29:45. 

SOPHOMORE - (2003): Injured 

FRESHMAN - (2002): Finished 10th at the Idaho State Invitational (27:47).

Ran for the Prescott High School cross country team ... lettered in cross country and track ... placed fourth in the mile run.
