Senior (2019): Competed in four meets on the season ... led the team with a seventh-place finish at the Utah XC Open on Oct. 25 in Salt Lake City with a 5K time of 19:12.7 ... also finished in the top 15 at the SUU Color Country Invite on Oct. 12 in Cedar City by covering the 4K course in 15:22.6 ... ran a season best time of 19:04.4 in the 5K at the UC Riverside Invite on Sept. 14 in Southern California (35th place) ... capped her season with a 30th-place finish at the 2019 WAC Championship with a time of 22:59.5 in the 6K race ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

Junior (2018): Finished 58th place overall at the UCR Invite with a time of 22:07 in the 6K ... clocked in at 18:39 for the Wolverines and came in 46th overall ... competed in the 2018 WAC XC Championship and had a top-5 finish for the women's team with a time of 21:54.1, a personal best ... named to the 2018 All-WAC Honors.

Redshirt (2017): Redshirted the 2017 cross country season for the Wolverines.

Sophomore (2016): Recorded a time of 15:31.9 to place 20th in the 4K at the SUU Color Country Invitational… finished 149th in the 6K with a time of 24:06.8 at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational… placed 175th in the 5K at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 19:28.6… ran a 20:02.24 to finish 52nd in the 5K  in season opener at the Utah State Sagebrush Invitational.

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Herriman High School in Herriman, Utah ... ran both cross country and track in high school ... posted a fifth-place finish at State in the Mile with a personal record of 5:10 ... also placed seventh at State in the 800m with a personal record of 2:18 ... won the State title in the medley relay with a personal 400m record of 58.3 ... also helped Herriman to back-to-back State titles as well as multiple Region titles in both cross country and track & field ... also played basketball in high school.
