At Utah Valley...

Senior (2019): Competed in six meets on the season and recorded four top-25 finishes ... was UVU's top finisher at the 2019 WAC Championship by placing sixth overall with a 6K time of 21:39.7 on her way to earning first team All-WAC honors for the second straight season ... also placed eighth at the season-opening UVU Vivint Invitational (19:12.5 - 5K), 12th at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite (20:39.9 - 6K) and 22nd at the UC Riverside Invite (21:08.1 - 6K) ... ran a season-best 17:44.6 (5K) to place 121st at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational and capped her stellar career with a 45th-place finish at the 2019 NCAA Mountain Regional with a time of 21:10.4 (6K) ... earned Academic All-WAC honors. 

Junior (2018): Fronted the women's team at the UCR Invite by placing 10th overall in the women's open 5K with a time of 17:44.8 ... contributed to help the women's team win the Gold Division race of the 63rd annual Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational by having a top-10 finish ... competed at the WAC XC Championship and placed 2nd for the Wolverines with a personal best time of 21:01 on the 6K, coming in 7th overall on her way to earning first team All-WAC accolades... named to the 2018 Academic All-WAC honors list.

Redshirt (2017): Redshirted the 2017 season for the Wolverines.

Sophomore (2016): Finished 41st in the 5K at the WAC Championships with a time of 19:49.6… helped Wolverines to second straight WAC title… recorded a time of 25:14.7 to finish 129th in the 6K at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational.

Freshman (2013): Participated in four meets for the Wolverines ... season-best performance came at the Color Country Invitational on Oct. 4 at Southern Utah in the 5K event, finishing 22nd (16:21.7).

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Wasatch High School in Heber, Utah ... three-time 4x400m relay State Champion and set a new school record twice in the race ... placed second at State in the medley relay in 2012 and third in 2013 ... also took sixth at State in the 800m in 2013 ... captain of the track team her senior year ... awarded the Most Inspirational Athlete for the WHS track team in 2013 ... helped her team to a Region Title in 2011 ... also played soccer and helped her team make the State semifinals in 2012.

Graduated from Wasatch HS in 2013 with a 3.9 GPA ... born Aug. 29, 1995 ... enjoys service and organized a group service project at the Wasatch County Children's Justice Center in September of 2012 ... also enjoys skiing and dirt biking ... plans on majoring in Art Education ... maiden name is Heywood ... her father Robert played football in college ... her brother, Spencer Heywood, is on the wrestling team at UVU ... parents are Rob and Wendy Heywood.
