At Utah Valley...

Senior (2017): Named All-WAC second team with a 13th-place finish at the 2017 WAC Cross Country Championships… posted a personal record in the 5K at the WAC Championships with a time of 17:36.8… earned a victory in the 4K (14:28.70) at the Southern Utah Color Country Invitational to lead Wolverines to first-place team finish… took sixth in the 5K with a time of 18:01.9 in UVU’s team victory at the UNLV Invitational… also posted a personal-best time of 21:17.8 in the 6K at UC Riverside… Academic All-WAC.


Junior (2016): Placed 23rd at the WAC Championships in the 5K with a time of 19:04.1 in the 5K at the WAC Championships… helped lead Wolverines to second straight WAC title as the squad’s final point scorer… recorded a time of 21:33.71 to finish 29th in the 6K at the UC Riverside Invitational… ran a 19:04.48 in the 5K to place 38th in the season opener at the Utah State Sagebrush Invitational… logged a time of 22:44.4 in the 6K to finish 76th at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational… clocked a time of 14:43.5 in the 4K at the SUU Color Country Invitational for an eighth-place finish… finished 41st (17:57.1 ) in the 5K at the Notre Dame Invitational…  finished 130th (23:52.9 at the NCAA Mountain Regionals in Logan, Utah.

Sophomore (2015): Named to WAC All-Academic team… helped Wolverines to their first-ever WAC Championship… placed 21st at the WAC Championships with a time of 19:09 (5K course)… placed 67th (21:58.9, 6K) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, while helping the squad finish seventh… finished 164th (24:18.4) at the Roy Griak Invitational.

Freshman (2014): Named Academic All-WAC...Participated in six events for the Wolverines...Qualified for NCAA Division I Region Cross Country Championships...Placed 15th (18:35.8) at WAC Championships...Finished 95th (22:09.0) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational...Finished 91st (22:56.1) at UC Riverside Invitational...At the Color Country Invitational finished 11th (15:49.7)...Also placed 9th (18:20.6) at UNLV XC Invite.

Before Utah Valley...
Prepped at Lewiston High School in Lewiston, Idaho...Named the track & field and cross country MVP her senior year...Is the school record holder in the 800 and 1600m runs...Qualified for State all four years of high school...Also played soccer and basketball.

Graduated from LHS in 2014 with a 3.93 GPA...Is a member of the National Honor Society...Plans to major in pre-physical therapy...Also recruited by Southern Utah...Enjoys the outdoors, jet skiing and long boarding...Is the daughter of Craig and Sheila Ames.
