At Utah Valley…
Senior (2020): Earned First Team All-WAC honors after posting a fifth-place finish at the WAC Championships ... earned both USTFCCCA All-Academic Individual and Academic All-WAC honors ... competed in all three meets during the COVID-shortened campaign and posted a pair of top-five finishes ... placed fourth at the Silver State Collegiate Challenge on Feb. 1 with a season-best 8k time of 24:23.8 ... followed that up with a fifth-place finish at the WAC Championship in a time of 24:46.9 to earn First Team All-WAC honors ... opened the season with a 26th-place finish at the Dixie State Invite (24:58.6, 8k).  

Junior (2019): Competed in six meets on the season and posted four top-10 finishes ... earned Second Team All-WAC honors after taking ninth at the 2019 WAC Championships with an 8K time of 25:28.0 ... was UVU's top finisher at the NCAA Mountain Region Championship by placing 33rd with a 10K time of 31:32.2 ... earned runner-up honors at the UVU Vivint Invite by taking second at the season-opening meet with a 5K time of 15:44.5 ... also finished fourth at the UC Riverside Invite with an 8K time of 24:22.5, sixth at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite with a 5M time of 24:30.8 and 11th at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite with an 8K time of 24:25.0 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors. 

Sophomore (2018): Started 2018 season by helping UVU XC take first place at the Cascade Golf Course in Orem, coming in 4^th with a person best in the 5k (15:30.4) … ran in the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championship and came in with a personal best in the 10k with 31:19.5 … received second team All-WAC honors in 2018 … one of 40 UVU XC student athletes to be named a 2018 Academic All-WAC honoree.

Freshman (2017):  Finished third in the 6K with a time of 18:50.1 at UNLV to help Wolverines claim a perfect-score victory…. added an 11th-place finish in debut in the three-mile race (16:10.8) at the UVU Invitational… placed 16th at the 2018 WAC Cross Country Championships.

Graduated from Eldoret High School in Eldoret, Kenya in 2016 ... birthday is Feb. 2 ... plans to major in aviation sciences.
