At Utah Valley University ...
SENIOR - (2006): Earned Independent All-Academic honors ... finished seventh at the SUU Color Country Meet by running an 18:06.99 ... had an eighth place finish at the Utah Fall Twilight Meet by running a 23:12.80 in the 3.7 mile race ... ran a 23:47 at the Roy Griak Invitational ... competed in all six meets. 

JUNIOR - (2005): Competed in all seven meets for the Wolverines ... ran a 20:15.5 at the BYU Autumn Classic ... ran a 19:14 at the Bobcat Invite and a 23:53 at the Roy Griak Invite ... also competed in the Big Green Meet, the SUU Color Country Meet and the Division I Independent Championships 

SOPHOMORE - (2004): Finished 18th at the Weber State Cross Country Three-Way Meet with a time of 16:46 (2.485 miles) ... finished the 3.1 mile BYU Autumn Classic with a time of 20:06.5 ... had a time of 19:06.56 in the three-mile Montana State Cross Country Invitational ... at the SUU Color Country Invitational she finished the 2.8 mile race with a time of 18:54.89 ... at the NCAA Division I Independent Championships she finished with a time of 18:43 in the 3.1 mile race. 

FRESHMAN - (2003): At the Idaho State Invitational she finished the 3K race with a time of 11:32 ... In the 5K at the BYU Alumni Invitational she finished with a time of 17:12.2, good for 14th place ... in the BYU Autumn Classic she ran the 5K race in a time of 19:51.8 ... finished 10th atthe Montana State Invitational by running three miles in a time of 19:22.87 ... at the Willamette Invitational she ran the 5K race in a time of 19:03.62 ... finished eighth in a 5,000-meter race at the UNLV Invitational.

Prepped at Richfield High School ... cross country team won state during junior and senior seasons ... was the state champion in the 3200m and 1600m races during junior and senior years ... set a school record every year in the 3200m and holds the school record in the 1600m.
