SENIOR - (2006-07): Outdoor: set a school record in the 100m sprint (10.53 seconds) at Long Beach State ... had a time of 21.49 seconds in the 200m sprint at Utah State ... had a time of 56.86 in the 400m dash at Weber State ... Indoor: set school records in the 60m dash (6.92 seconds) at Idaho State, 200m (21.76) at Boise State, 300m dash (34.40) at BYU and the 400m (48.76) at Weber State.

JUNIOR - (2005-2006): Had a team-best time of 6.97 seconds in the indoor 60m dash at BYU ... set a school record in the 300m dash by running 34.55 at the BYU Indoor Invitational ... also had the top time in indoor meets in the 200m and 400m dash ... recorded top times in outdoor competition in the 100m (10.76 seconds), 200m (21.38 seconds) and the shot put (33.03).

SOPHOMORE - (2004-2005): Ran a 52.59 in the 400 at the BYU Robison Invitational ... also participated in the Utah Valley-SUU Dual.

Before Utah Valley University ...
State Prepped at American Fork High School ... team finished second at state in 2001 ... placed first in state in the 100m, 200m and the 4 X100m relay ... was also first in Region 6 in those events ... lettered in football, tennis and track ... was the team captain of the football team and earned All-Region 6 honors in football.
