JUNIOR - (2006): Set the school record in the 1500 and 5,000 meter races ... ran a 3:50.70 in the 1500 and a 14:43.38 in the 5,000 ... also set indoor school records in indoor track in the mile and the 5,000 ... ran a 4:10.69 in the mile nad a 14:48.68 in the 5,000 ... placed first in the 1500 at the Independent Championships ... also ran a season best time of 8:38.82 in the 3,000m in an Indoor meet at Idaho State ... ran a team best time in the outdoor 3,000m by recording a time 8:37.91 at SUU.

Before Utah Valley State ...
Prepped at Provo High School ... in 1998 and 1999 was on cross country region championship team ... was on the state championship team in 1999 ... he was all-region and all-state for cross country ... also hold a 5k record at Kiwanis Park.

Born June 4, 1982 ... graduated from Provo High School in 2000 with a 3.4 GPA ... majoring in psychology ... served an LDS mission to Madagascar ... parents are Mark and Judy Bendoski.

Attended Ricks College from 2000 to 2001 ... won a NJCAA national title and region title ... placed 3rd at region and was an academic all-american.
