Before Utah Valley … prepped at Show Low High School in Show Low, Ariz. … hit .521 his senior year with eight home runs and 39 RBIs… 2x all-region and all-state selection … named offensive player of the year his senior year … also played basketball where he was first-team all-state junior and senior year … won region player of the year his senior year … played club for Arizona Smashers Baseball and US Elite Arizona.
