Treadway joined the Utah Valley baseball program in the summer of 2024 and serves as UVU's pitching coach.
This will be the third time that Rasmussen and Treadway have worked together, after spending time as teammates in 2012 and later serving together on the Boxers' staff.

He most recently was the head coach at Eastern Oregon University, where he led the Mountaineers to their most wins in program history in 2024 while helping build the program from the ground up.
He started his coaching career at Pacific University as an assistant before being elevated to associate head coach after helping the program lower their team ERA, including the lowest since 2013 when they posted a 4.14 in 2019 to help lead them to their most wins since 2016 with 25 and the most conference wins since 2012 with 19.
Treadway played collegiately at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore. He helped the Boxers to a 2012 Northwest Conference Championship. He finished with a 3.48 career ERA in 222 innings pitched during his collegiate career. During his 2014 season, he made 11 appearances and had a team-best 2.68 ERA in 74 innings of work.
Treadway is married to his wife Jennifer and is the stepfather of two children (Austin and Justin). He earned a bachelor's degree in government and politics from Pacific University.
