Prepped at Mountain View High School ... was named first team All-Region his senior year and All-Area pitcher of the year ... took first at state his junior season and second his senior season ... was the winning pitcher in the state championship game ... went 8-0 pitching his senior year ... also played basketball in high school

Born December 28, 1984 ... graduated from Mountain View High School in 2003 ... major is physical education ... enjoys golfing, basketball, fishing and hanging out with family and friends ... went to Otero Junior College and was second team All-Region his freshmen and sophomore year ... was married to Kimberly Long in June 2005 and they have a daughter named Bailee ... parents are Mark and Cinde.
