TACOMA, Wash.—Sydney Richards fired back-to-back rounds of 3-over-par 75 to lead Utah Valley through the opening two rounds of the Seattle U Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational on Monday at Tacoma Country & Golf Club.

Utah Valley sits tied for 13th on the 17-team leaderboard at 30-over-par 606 after rounds of 12-over-par 300 and 18-over-par 306. The Wolverines are tied with Idaho heading into Tuesday's final round.

Richards was UVU's most consistent player of the day, carding a 75 in each round to sit tied for 45th on the 100-player individual leaderboard at 6-over-par 150. She made three birdies during her opening round and added another in the afternoon.

Rachel Lillywhite is one shot behind Richards in a tie for 51st at 7-over-par 151. Lillywhite opened with a 4-over-par 76 before improving by one stroke with a 75 in the second round.

Mia Pace is tied for 57th at 8-over-par 152 after rounds of 75 and 77. Maria Ortiz posted an opening-round 75 before a second-round 79 and is tied for 67th at 10-over-par 154. Adley Nelson is tied for 75th at 11-over-par 155 after rounds of 75 and 80.

Competing as an individual, Kaylee Westfall made a six-shot improvement in the afternoon, following an opening-round 81 with a 3-over-par 75. Westfall enters the final round tied for 78th at 12-over-par 156.

Cal State Fullerton leads the team standings at 7-under par after two rounds, while Nevada and UC Irvine are tied for second at 1-over par. UC Irvine's Jio Yoo and Cal State Fullerton's Siham Ibrahim share the individual lead at 4-under par.

Utah Valley will wrap up the tournament with Tuesday's third and final round at Tacoma Country & Golf Club.
