Cross Country: Competed 6 times this season ... earned First Team All-WAC honors with a fourth place finish at the WAC Championships, helping the Wolverines to another team title ... named Academic All-District.
Indoor: Competed in 4 meets this year ... took home multiple top-three finishes at the BYU Indoor Invitational, Mountain State Games, and WAC Championships ... finished the season with First Team All-WAC honors in the mile, placing 2nd with a time of 4:56.04, as well as the distance medley relay, helping the team place 3rd overall ... also earned Second Team All-WAC honors in the 3000m with a time of 9:57.45. 
Outdoor: Competed in 6 meets this season ... earned second team All-WAC in the 1500m with a 7th place finish and a 5th place finish in the 5000m ... was also a WAC champion in the 3000 Steeplechase ... set the school record this year in the Steeple Chase, running an all-time best of 10:18.78 ... also 2nd all-time in the mile with a time of 4:53.36 ... was an NCAA regional qualifier in the steeplechase, finishing 42nd overall ... named Academic All-District.

Indoor: Raced in four indoor meets ... second in the 3k at the BYU Indoor Invite ... part of winning DMR squad at Weber State Invite ... took fourth at the WAC Indoor Championships in the mile and was part of second-place team in DMR ... Academic All-WAC. 
Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the steeplechase and finished 35th in Fayetteville, Arkansas ... took second in the steeplechase and the 1500 to help Utah Valley's women earn the WAC Outdoor Championship ... also was eighth in the 5,000 at the WAC Outdoor Championships in Orem ... first place in the steeplechase at the BYU Robison Invitational ... named Academic All-WAC and to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Cross Country: Placed in the top 40 at the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 28) with a 6k PR of 21:26. 

2021-22
Cross Country: Competed in four races…made her Boise State debut at the CSI Classic (Sept. 3), notching a career-best 11th-place finish…placed 54th at the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 29)… 
Indoor: Made her indoor debut as a Bronco at the Washington Invitational (Jan. 28-29), placing third in women’s 3,000m race…set personal-best times in the women’s 3,000m race with a time of 10:09.66 and in the mile with a mark of 5:05.50 at the Husky Classic (Feb. 11-12)...
Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 31-April 2), clocking a PR in the women’s 1,500m with a time of 4:41.81…registered a personal-best time of 10:33.52 in the women’s 3,000m steeplechase at the 62nd Annual Mt. SAC Relays (April 13-16) to become number 9 on the all-time BSU steeplechase list. 

High School: Graduate of Morgan in Mountain Green, Utah … spent her high school career accumulating accolades in both Maryland and Utah with 13 school records to her name … is a seven-time state champion and four-time state runner-up between the two states … in 2019, she led her relay team to a third-place finish at New Balance Nationals Indoor in the 4xmile relay and received National Scholastic Athletic Foundation All-America honors …  Maryland Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year (2018-19) ... 5th Place at the World Mountain and Trail Running Championships U20 Junior Race, Representing Team USA in Chaing Mai, Thailand (Nov 2022).
