FRESHMAN ~ (2009-10): 11-12 overall record (1-4 duals) ... named to the WWC Coaches' Honor Roll with a 3.18 GPA ... wrestled at both 149 and 157 on the year ... picked up his dual victory over Harvard's Nick Brazeau by a 5-1 decision score at the Lone Star Duals ... placed fourth at both the Cowboy Open in Laramie, Wyo. and the UVU Open in Orem.

Prepped at Mountain View High School ... was a three-time team captain and a two-time state placer ... set the Takedown Record for the Bruins ... posted a 41-5 record his senior year ... also played soccer in high school.

Graduated from Mountain View HS in 2009 with a 3.85 GPA ... a Honor Roll Student as well as Academic All-Region ... the Senior Class President ... majoring in Behavioral Science with a Psychology emphasis at UVU ... enjoys skydiving and base jumping ... served a mission for the LDS Church in the south of Chile ... brother Chase also wrestled at Utah Valley ... parents are Mike and Janell Frost.
