SOPHOMORE ~ (2010): Placed 42nd overall (NS) at the Wyoming Invitational (25:40.7)...Placed 25th overall (NS) at the SUU Invitational (25:53.90)...Finished 42nd overall (NS) at the Great West Conference championships (26:06.13).

MEDICAL REDSHIRT ~ (2009): Injured his foot and medically redshirted the season for UVU in 2009.

REDSHIRTED ~ (2008): Redshirted the 2008 Season.

FRESHMAN ~ (2005): Competed at the BYU Autumn Classic, the Montana State Bobcat Invite, the Big Green Invite, the SUU Color Country Meet and the Division I Independent Championships.

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Orem High School ... was second team all-region in 2003 and 2004 for cross country ... he placed 3rd at state in 2003, 4th in 2004 for cross country and 6th in 2005 for track... academic all-region in 2003 and 2004 ... all-region in 2005 for 1600m and 3200m in track ... also played basketball in high school.

Graduated from Orem High School in 2005 with a 3.97 GPA ... was on the Honor Roll and was Academic All-State in cross country ... is an Eagle Scout ... majoring in International Relations and History at UVU ... enjoys reading, sports and movies ... served an LDS Church Mission to Singapore ... was also recruited by SUU ... his grandpa played football at University of Georgia ... parents are Steven and Peggy Foster.
