SENIOR ~ (2018-19): 9-9 overall record (4-4 in duals) at 125 and 133 pounds ... earned Second Team Academic All-Big 12 honors ... went 3-3 on the year against Big 12 opponents ... dropped down to 125 at the end of the season and nearly qualified for nationals by posting a 2-2 outing at the 2019 Big 12 Championship ... placed third at the Journeymen Collegiate Classic with a 2-1 record ... also went 2-1 at the NIU Huskie Duals ... recorded a pair of wins over nationally ranked foes with wins over No. 16 Rico Montoya of Northern Colorado and No. 26 Sidney Flores of Air Force ... won four bouts by fall, two by major decision, two by decision and one by tech fall. 

JUNIOR ~ (2017-18): Did not compete.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2016-17): 16-14 overall record (6-5 in duals) at 125 pounds ... earned Second Team Academic All-Big 12 honors ... compiled a 5-8 record against Big 12 opponents ... earned a second-place finish at the season-opening Cowboy Open with a 3-1 record at the tournament ... posted a 2-2 showing at the 2017 Big 12 Championship and a 3-2 record at the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open ... also went 1-2 at both the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational as well as at the Southern Scuffle ... earned a trio of wins on the season over 2016 NCAA qualifier Drew Romero of Air Force ... also picked up an 8-4 victory over No. 28 Trey Andrews of Northern Colorado ...  won eight matches by decision, three by major decision, three by fall and two by tech fall.

REDSHIRT ~ (2015-16): Redshirted the 2015-16 season for the Wolverines ... registered a 14-4 record on the season while competing unattached at 125 pounds ... won a title at the U.S. Collegiate Championships by going a perfect 2-0 at the tournament ... placed third at the Cowboy Open after going 5-1 at the event and fourth at the National Collegiate Open after going 3-2.

Before Utah Valley ... 
Lettered four years in wrestling for coach Chris Loveless ... three-time state champion 2011 (119 lbs.), 2010 (112 lbs.) and 2009 (103) ... one-time state runner-up ... three-time Greco-Roman All-American ... placed fourth at the Reno Tournament of Champions ... also lettered in football one year ... helped Payson to Utah 4A State Championships in 2009 and 2010.  

Other College ...
Attended school and wrestled for the Air Force Academy during the 2012-13 academic year ... posted a 15-7 overall record and a 4-2 dual clip with two falls while competing at 125 pounds for the Falcons.

Member of cadet squadron 4 during his time at the Air Force Academy ...  married to to Hope Brown ... son of Christopher and Annette Brown ... has four siblings, Alexandra, Samantha, Brock and Sidney ... uncle Tom Brown played football at the Academy, while uncle Russ also attended the Academy ... father was a collegiate wrestler ... plans to major in engineering ... future career plans include flying UAV's ... recently returned home from serving an LDS Church mission in Germany ... hobbies include drawing, running and spending time with his family.
