SENIOR ~ (2019-20): NCAA qualifier for the third time ... 17-8 overall record (10-1 in duals) at 174 pounds ... earned NWCA Scholar All-American and First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors ... picked up an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships after placing fifth at the 2020 Big 12 Championship but the NCAA Championships were unfortunately canceled due to COVID-19 ... was set to enter the 2020 NCAAs as the No. 19 seed ... finished fifth at the 2020 Big 12s after going 3-2 which included a win over No. 18 Hayden Hastings of Wyoming to record his fourth straight Big 12 Championship podium finish ... placed sixth at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Las Vegas Invite with a 4-2 record after recording wins over No. 10 Hayden Hastings of Wyoming, No. 14 Jackson Hemauer of Fresno State and No. 23 Jacob Oliver of Edinboro ... picked up a total of five wins over nationally ranked opponents on the season ... led the team in dual wins with 10 and his lone dual setback came to No. 8 Dylan Lydy of Purdue on the opening day of the season ... also tallied an 11-3 record against fellow Big 12 Conference opponents ... ranked in the top-10 nationally for the majority of the year ... finished the season ranked 16th on the final NCAA Coaches Panel ranking and 13th on the final RPI ... won four bouts by major decision and 13 by decision ... finished his career tied for fifth in the UVU record books in all-time wins with 77 career victories (77-44). 

JUNIOR ~ (2018-19): NCAA qualifier ... 19-12 overall record (11-5 in duals) at 174 pounds ... earned NWCA Scholar All-American and First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors ... earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships after placing fourth at the Big 12 Championship ... earned the No. 14 seed for the 2019 NCAA Championships and finished his second run at nationals with a 1-2 outing with an opening-round win over No. 19 Ethan Smith of Ohio State ... finished the season ranked 16th on both the NCAA Coaches' Panel and national RPI ... ranked as high as 10th nationally on the season by FloWrestling ... posted an eighth-place finish at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite with a 4-3 outing ... placed fourth at the Big 12 Championships after going 2-2 at the conference championship ... recorded six victories on the year over nationally ranked foes ... knocked off No. 6 Taylor Lujan of UNI, as well as No. 13 Dylan Lydy of Purdue, No. 19 Ethan Smith of Ohio State, #19 Matt Finesilver of Duke, No. 23 Marcus Coleman of Iowa State and No. 31 Anthony Mantanona of Oklahoma ... registered a 9-3 record on the year against fellow Big 12 foes ... tied for the team lead in major decisions with six ... won 12 bouts by decision, six by major decision and one by fall. 

SOPHOMORE ~ (2017-18): NCAA qualifier ... 20-11 overall record (8-2 duals) at 174 pounds ... earned NWCA All-Academic Team and First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors ... earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships by placing fifth in his weight class at the Big 12 Championships ... finished the season ranked 24th on the final RPI and 28th on the final Coaches' Panel Ranking ... finished his first trip to the NCAA Championships by posting a 1-2 record with a win over Brandon Womack of Cornell (8-5) ... posted a second-place finish at the Reno Tournament of Champions by going 4-1 at the event ... also put up a deep run at the Southern Scuffle by going 3-2 at the tournament ... helped UVU knock off Big 12 power Oklahoma for the first time in program history with a hard fought 2-1 upset over No. 10 Yoanse Mejias ... won seven straight duals on the year for the third-best dual record (8-2) ... tied for the team lead against Big 12 opponents with a 12-4 record ... tallied one victory by fall, six by major decision and 11 by decision.  

FRESHMAN ~ (2016-17): 21-13 overall record (8-3 duals) at 174 pounds ... earned NWCA All-Academic Team and First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors ... finished the season ranked 32nd his weight class in the final RPI ... earned a podium finish at the 2017 Big 12 Championship by placing sixth at the event with a 1-3 record ... earned Big 12 Wrestler of the Week accolades on Feb. 6 after upsetting No. 15 David Kocer of South Dakota State in overtime by a score of 3-1 in a Big 12 Conference dual in Brookings ... recorded a seventh-place finish at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite with a 4-2 record and a win over No. 14 Nick Wanzek of Minnesota ... also placed second at the season-opening Cowboy Open with a 3-1 mark, and fourth at the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open with a 4-2 record ...  tied for the team lead with eight dual victories, ranked second in dual points with 28, and finished third in overall victories with 21 ... also led the team against Big 12 opponents with a 10-4 record ... won 12 bouts by decision, six by major decision and one by fall.

REDSHIRT ~ (2015-16): Redshirted the 2015-16 season for the Wolverines ... registered a 9-3 record while competing unattached on the year at 165 pounds ... earned a third-place finish at the National Collegiate Open by going 6-1 at the tournament ... also finished with a 3-2 mark at the Cowboy Open.

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Maple Mountain High School in Spanish Fork, Utah ... two-time Utah 4A State Champion in 2014 (170 lbs.) and 2013 (160 lbs.) ... undefeated senior season going 56-0 ... Reno Tournament of Champions Champion in 2014 ... placed third at USA Folkstyle Nationals in senior year ... helped Maple Mountain to 4A State Championships in 2012 and 2013 and runner-up finishes in 2011 and 2014.
