REDSHIRT ~ (2020-21): Did not compete in any cross country meets during the COVID-shortened 2020-21 campaign as she redshirted the season.

FRESHMAN ~ (2019): Competed in four XC meets during her freshman season and recorded a trio of top-25 finishes ... posted an 11th-place outing at the Utah XC Open with a 5K time of 19:30.4 ... also placed 17th at the SUU Color Country Invite (15:30.7 - 4K) and 25th at the UC Riverside Invitational (18:49.1 - 5K) ... capped the year by taking 31st at the 2019 WAC Championships with a 6K time of 22:59.9 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at American Fork High School in American Fork, Utah ... posted personal-best times of 2:18 in the 800, 5:13 in the 1-mile, 11:12 in the 3200 and 18:11 in the 5K ... helped her team to a trio of State Cross Country titles as well as a pair of Nike SW championships ... also helped AF place 22nd at the cross country nationals in 2014 and sixth in 2015 ... also played soccer in high school.
