Indoor: Competed in 4 meets this season ... earned second-team All-WAC honors by finishing 7th in the 3000m, setting a PR of 8:26.
Outdoor: Competed in 5 meets this season ... ran a PR of 4:16 in the mile at the Utah Valley Collegiate ... best finish came in the 5000m when he ran a time of 14:40 and finished 5th.
2023-24
Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets ... fourth place in the 5,000 at the Leopard DC/SCIAC at La Verne ... took fifth in the mile at the BYU Robison Invite ... sixth in the 5k at the Utah Tech Invite ... earned Academic All-WAC honors ... did not compete in cross country or indoor track.
2019-20
Competed in three meets during his freshman campaign ... posted a pair of top-35 finishes by taking 27th at the Utah XC Open with a 6K time of 22:57.7 as well as 33rd at the SUU Color Country Invite with a 6K time of 20:42.1 ... also finished with an 8K time of 28:38.6 at the UC Riverside Invite ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

Prepped at Sherwood High School ... holds the Sherwood 5K cross country school record (15:54) ... also set the Sherwood State meet record on the state course (15:59) ... the Sherwood T&F school record holder in the 5000m (15:22), 3000m (8:40) and 1500m (4:00.58) ... earned the Most Improved Award in both 2016 and 2017 ... helped his cross country team to a sixth-place finish at State in 2018 and his track team to a runner-up finish in 2019.
