SENIOR ~ (2014): Named to both the winter and spring Academic All-WAC Teams ... (INDOOR) helped his relay squad win the WAC Indoor Championship in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:20.29 ... also named Second Team All-WAC in the 1-mile run as he placed fifth in the race at the WAC Championships with a time of 4:20.49 ... took second in the 800m (2:00.75) at the Snake River Collegiate ... also placed fourth in the mile at the Mountain States Games with a time of 4:18.68 ... posted a personal record in the 3000m run during the campaign with a time of 8:52.90 at the Boise State Challenge ... (OUTDOOR) Named First Team All-WAC after taking third in the 3000m steeplechase at the WAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:32.38 ... also tabbed Second Team All-WAC in the 1500m after placing fourth at the conference championships (3:57.79) ... won the 800m run at the UNLV Classic (1:53.55) as well as the 3000m steeplechase at the UVU Collegiate (9:26.51) ... placed fourth in the 800 and 1500 at the Oxy Distance Carnival and Ben Brown Invite with respective times of 1:53.55 and 3:51.15 ... also placed fourth in the steeplechase at the Oxy Invitational with a time of 9:06.70 ... posted PR[apos]s in the 800 (1:53.03), 1500 (3:51.15), mile (4:13.37) and steeplechase (9:06.70) during his final season in a UVU uniform.

JUNIOR ~ (2013): (INDOOR) Placed third in the distance medley relay (10:27.54), seventh in the mile (4:25.42) and 12th in the 3000m (9:50.97) at the GWC Indoor Championships ... took fourth in the 800m at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invite with a time of 1:58.06 ... posted a personal best in the 3000m of 9:00.93 at the Bronco Classic ... (OUTDOOR) took second in the steeplechase (9:30.34), second in the 4x400m (3:17.51) and fourth in the 1500m (4:08.47) at the GWC Outdoor Championships ... placed second in the 3000m steeplechase at the UVU Collegiate with a time of 9:28.15 ... ran a personal best of 9:23.33 in the 3000m steeplechase at the BYU Robinson Invite.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2012): (INDOOR) Won the mile (4:21.61) at the Great West Conference Championships ... Placed fourth in the mile (4:17.50) at the Bronco Invitational ... Finished second in the mile (4:25.42) at the Snake River Open ... (OUTDOOR) placed sixth in the 800m (2:03.81) at the UVU/SUU Dual ... Won the 1500m (4:04.92) at the UVU/USU Dual ... Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase (9:44.12) at the UVU Collegiate ... Placed second in the 1500m (3:51.93) at the SDSU Aztec Invitational ... Won the 800m (1:53.59) at the UNLV Track Classic.

REDSHIRT ~ (2011): Was a redshirt in both indoor and outdoor.
