At Utah Valley...
SENIOR ~ (2015): (INDOOR) Named First Team All-WAC after finishing second in the 5000m run at the WAC Indoor Championships with a time of (18:49.19) ... placed third at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge in the 3000m run with a time of (10:52.85) ... took fifth at the Mountain States Games 2015 in the 5000m run with a time of (18:23.73) ... (OUTDOOR) finished sixth at the 2015 Triton Invitational with a season best time of (18:18.40).

JUNIOR ~ (2014): (INDOOR) Named First Team All-WAC after placing second in the 3000m run at the WAC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:02.35 ... won the 3000 (9:49.82) at the Boise State Challenge as well ask place second in the mile (5:10.23) at the same meet ... (OUTDOOR) named First Team All-WAC in both the 5000 and 10,000 after taking second in both events at the WAC Outdoor Championships with respective times of 17:53.00 and 37:07.83 ... won the 5000 at both the UNLV Classic as well as the UVU Collegiate with times of 17:42.33 and 17:29.78 ... took eighth in the 5000 (16:58.83) at the Oxy Invitational, 11th in the 1500 (4:46.91) at the Ben Brown Invitational and 22nd in the 5000 (17:01.59) at the Mt. SAC Relays ... recorded PR[apos]s in the 1500 (4:45.43), mile (5:04.39), 5000 (16:58.83) and 10,000 (37:07.83) during the season ... twice named WAC Athlete of the Week. 

REDSHIRT ~ (2013): Redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons. 

SOPHOMORE ~ (2012): (INDOOR) Placed fourth in the 5,000m (17:53.21) and the 3,000m (10:18.23) at the Great West Conference Championships ... Finished fourth in the mile (5:17.23) at the Bronco Invitational.(OUTDOOR) Won the 3,000m steeplechase (11:07.94) at the Great West Conference Championships ... Placed fifth in the 5,000m (18:00.42) at the Great West Conference Championships ... Won the 3,000m steeplechase (11:34.57) at the UVU Collegiate ... Placed third in the 5,000m (18:33.64) at the UVU Collegiate ... Won the 3,000m steeplechase (11:27.38) at the UNLV Track Classic. 

FRESHMAN ~ (2011): (INDOOR) Placed fifth in the 4000m (12:44.38) at the GWC Championships in New York...Finished ninth in the 3000m (10:29.47) at the Boise State Team Challenge...Placed second in the mile (5:20.84) at the BYU Indoor Invitational (OUTDOOR) Placed second in the 3000 steeplechase (11:57.35) at the GWC Championships in Orem; third (11:58.54) at the BYU Robinson Invitational and fourth (12:22.66) at the UVU Open

Graduated from Legacy HS in 2010...Grandfather John Gonsalves coached baseball at Long Beach State for 19 years...Father played baseball at LBSU for four years...Can bounce over 1,000 times on a pogo stick..Enjoys skiing...Daughter of Johnnie and Nancy Gonsalves.
