Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Timpview High School in Provo ... State Champion in the 100m in both 2007 and 2008 also placed second at State in the 200m in both 2007 and 2008 ... two-time All-State in both the 100 and 200m (2007 and 2008) ... also won State in the 4x100m relay in 2008 and held the state record for six years with a time of 42.41 ... holds personal bests of 10.72 in the 100 and 21.89 in the 200 and still holds school records in the 100m and 4x100m relay ... helped his track team to a State Championship in 2006 ... also played football for the T-Birds and helped them win three State titles.

Graduated from Timpview HS in 2008 ... also received his Medical Assistant Certification ... plans to major in Exercise Science at UVU ... parents are Nolan and Tanya Goodwin.
