Cross Country: Competed 6 times this year. His best finish came at the UVU invitational, where he ran a time of 14:41 for 3 miles. Ran his best 8k time of 24:21 at the WAC Championships, helping his team with a conference third place finish.
Indoor: Competed 3 times this season ... He ran PRs of 8:46 in the 3000m, 15:13 in the 5000m, and 4:27 in the mile.
