OREM, Utah - Utah Valley will welcome a recognizable face to Orem this week when former junior college foe Dixie State makes the trip for a three-game series.
All three games will feature Gametracker and Live Audio found at www.WolverineGreen.com.
The Wolverines and Rebels are both former Scenic West Athletic Conference teams, back when the schools competed in NJCAA athletics.
Utah Valley is now in its fourth season of NCAA Division-I competition while Dixie State is in its first season a the NCAA D-II level.
The Wolverines have won two straight after Tuesday's 10-4 win over Utah. Marcus Moore improved to 4-2, including 3-0 as a starter, after going eight innings while Jace Brinkerhoff and Josh Hinckley both homered for UV.
Dixie is 19-16 and coming off of a doubleheader split against the Colorado School of Mines on April 11th.
Current Wolverine pitcher Matthew Ratliff pitched for the Rebels last season, finishing the year there with a 1.04 ERA.
