OREM, Utah - Utah Valley hosts Air Force this Friday and Saturday in consecutive doubleheaders. Friday's twin bill begins at 4 p.m. while Saturday is scheduled for noon.

The Wolverines (7-19) suffered a tough 9-6 loss to Utah on Tuesday at Brent Brown Ballpark. The Utes scored six runs in the seventh inning to turn and three-run deficit into a three-run lead.

UVU had 14 hits against Utah, with three from Jace Brinkerhoff including a two-run double in the seventh. Jake Rickenbach had two hits and drove in three runs while Sage Thorpe and Billy Burgess also had two hits apiece.

Brinkerhoff is batting .404 with two home runs, 11 doubles and 17 RBIs while Rickenbach leads the club with 19 runs batted in.

Air Force (8-17) lost four straight at The Citadel last weekend. The Wolverines lead the all-time series with the Falcons 5-4. The two teams split a pair of games last season at Northern Colorado's field in Greeley.
