Series Notes 
OREM, Utah -- Utah Valley University returns to Great West Conference play this weekend with a four-game series at Houston Baptist beginning Friday at 1 p.m. MT.
The Wolverines (31-11, 16-0) extended their winning streak to 24 games in a 14-11 win over BYU on Tuesday in front of a record crowd of 5,456 fans at Brent Brown Ballpark.
The consecutive win streak is the longest current streak in the country and also matches No. 2 Baylor for the longest this season.
Goose Kallunki had a pair of hits including his 13th home run of the season, a three-run shot, and upped his nation-leading RBI total to 64. In addition to leading all Division I players in RBIs, Kallunki is 10th in batting average (.409) and 11th in home runs.
Billy Burgess went 4-for-5 against BYU and robbed a two-run home run with a catch above the wall in right to end the fourth inning. Burgess' 53 runs ranks seventh nationally while teammate Sean Moysh ranks fourth with 54 runs.
Houston Baptist enters the weekend series tie for second with Texas-Pan American at 10-6 in GWC play and is 18-24 overall. The Huskies won three of four from NYIT last week in New York, where the Wolverines will be next week.
HBU enters the series with the top team ERA in the Great West against UVU offense that ranks first among all Division I teams with a .348 batting average.
